Job Title: Junior Business Analyst

Location: Pune

Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days a Week)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills, along with experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. She will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and development teams to deliver successful software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Interact with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct requirement analysis and gap analysis.
- Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and follow up on action items.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions.




- Ensure timely communication between business and technical teams.

Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Business Analysis certification (ECBA/CCBA or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
