About the Role

upGrad's Global Study Partners (GSP) team is looking for enthusiastic and driven Partner Acquisition Interns to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and onboarding student recruitment agents and education partners. This is a great opportunity for candidates interested in Business Development, Sales, Partner Acquisition, International Education, Client Acquisition, and Relationship Management.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source prospective student recruitment agents and education partners.
- Make outbound calls and connect with prospective partners.
- Explain the GSP platform, services, and value proposition to potential partners.




- Generate interest and convert prospects into active recruitment partners.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing partners.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support the partner onboarding process.
- Work towards achieving weekly and monthly partner acquisition targets.
- Consistently follow up with prospects to drive partner conversions.What We're Looking For
