Sales Consultant – Australian Solar Industry

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹75,000 per month + Monthly Commission
Work Location: In Person
Shift: Australian Shift – 4:30 AM to 1:30 PM

About the Role:

The primary goal of this role is to help the company grow by generating new customers, building strong relationships and trust with clients, and contributing to a strong and reputable brand.

Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming enquiries and provide professional customer support via phone and email.
- Develop effective sales and pitching strategies for different customer profiles.




- Build strong relationships with customers and improve conversion and closing rates.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, sales and customer information in the CRM.
- Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy.
- Prepare and send quotations, conduct daily follow-ups and close sales.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally by identifying issues and providing suitable solutions.
- Go the extra mile to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage referrals and future sales.
- Monitor industry competitors, new products, pricing and market conditions.

Requirements:
- Solid rapport-building skills and a genuine people-person attitude.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, motivated and target-oriented.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
