- Manage and monitor day-to-day store operations across assigned stores.
- Drive sales growth and revenue performance.
- Set and monitor store wise monthly sales targets and ensure achievement.
- Drive AOV (Average Order Value) targets through upselling and cross selling strategies.
- Monitor store KPIs, sales performance, wastage, and operational costs.
- Lead, train, and motivate store teams to improve productivity and customer service.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently maintained.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and ordering processes.
- Analyse store performance and implement corrective actions where required.
- Conduct regular store visits and identify operational gaps and improvement areas.
- Coordinate with HR, Kitchen, Finance, and Management teams for smooth operations.
- Handle customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
