Roles and Responsibilities :
- Operate VMC (Vertical Machining Center) equipment to produce high-quality parts with precision and accuracy.
- Conduct quality control checks on machined components to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts to prevent downtime and extend machine life.
- Collaborate with production team members to optimize workflow processes and improve overall efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience operating a VMC or similar CNC machine.
- Solid understanding of setter activities including programming, setup, and operation of VMC machines.
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings for part layouting and fixture design.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical principles related to cutting tools, tooling systems, and workpiece clamping.
