Position Summary

Key Requirement The ideal candidate should be a hands-on HR qualified who can identify and hire the right people for Company, manage the complete employee documentation and onboarding process, and ensure that basic HR and statutory requirements are properly followed.

We are looking for a proactive, responsible and system-oriented HR professional to establish and manage the HR function for its growing manufacturing facility. The primary responsibility will be to hire the right people, manage employee documentation and lifecycle processes, and ensure basic statutory compliance. The role will also involve developing structured HR systems and processes as the organization grows.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, production, quality, maintenance, engineering, administration and support positions.
- Understand manpower requirements in coordination with department heads.

screen and shortlist suitable candidates through various channels and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct preliminary HR interviews and coordinate technical/management interviews.
- Manage salary discussions, selection, reference checks and joining coordination.
- Maintain an organized candidate database and recruitment records.

2. Employee Documentation & HR Operations
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters and other employment-related documents.
- Complete joining formalities and maintain accurate employee personnel files.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, shift and other HR information.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, induction, probation, confirmation, transfers and exits.
- Maintain confidentiality and proper control of employee information.

3. Labour Law & Statutory Compliance
