Role: Real Estate Sourcing / Channel Partner

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sourcing professional to build and expand our Channel Partner network across Mumbai and Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a strong network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
- Identify, approach, onboard, and develop relationships with potential channel partners.
- Generate business opportunities through the channel partner network.
- Manage and strengthen existing partner relationships.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with channel partners.
- Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Drive sales for luxury and ultra-luxury real estate projects.
- Projects will primarily be located in Karjat, Alibaug & Lonavala.
- Track partner performance and identify opportunities for network expansion.

Requirements:




- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate channel sourcing/channel sales.
- Solid network of brokers/channel partners across Mumbai & Maharashtra.
- Good knowledge of the luxury/second-home real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong sales orientation and ability to achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Maharashtra, and project locations.
