About the Role

AppSquadz is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Global Sales Manager with 5+ years of experience in IT Services or Cloud Sales to drive business growth for our AWS Cloud Services division. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, international business development, and enterprise client acquisition. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities across global markets by offering AWS Cloud Migration, Managed Services, Cloud Modernization, and Cost Optimization solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition across international markets (US, UK, APAC, Middle East, etc.).
- Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients seeking AWS Cloud Services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and prospecting to proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Understand customer business and technical requirements and recommend suitable AWS-based solutions.




- Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Cloud Solution Architects to prepare technical proposals, presentations, and pricing estimations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Founders, and decision makers.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on cloud technology trends and competitor offerings.
- Conduct proactive outbound calls to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients, generating business opportunities for the sales team.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in IT Services, Cloud Services, or SaaS.
- Hands-on experience selling AWS Cloud Services (preferred), Azure, GCP, or SaaS solutions.
- Solid experience in international sales and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
