Job Overview

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating with

internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are progressing smoothly and within the expected timelines. The ideal candidate should have good communication and organizational skills, be comfortable following up with different teams, maintaining project-related documentation, and tracking tasks and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities





● Coordinate with internal teams such as development, design, digital marketing, and

other project teams.

● Track project tasks, deadlines, deliverables, and overall project progress.

● Follow up with team members to ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.

● Coordinate with clients to collect requirements, updates, feedback, and approvals.

● Maintain project-related documents, reports, trackers, and status updates.

● Schedule and coordinate project meetings and follow up on action items.

● Identify delays, pending tasks, or issues and communicate them to the concerned

team or manager.

● Provide regular project status updates to management and clients.

● Ensure transparent communication between clients and internal teams.

● Assist in planning project timelines and monitoring milestones.

● Maintain records of project requirements, changes, approvals, and communications.

● Support the project manager
