Role Description
The Senior Merchandiser role is a full-time hybrid position based in Mumbai, with a combination of on-site work at the office and some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Merchandiser will manage the end-to-end merchandising process, including product planning, sample development, order follow-up, and coordination between production, suppliers, and buyers. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, reviewing sales performance, planning assortments,



negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery and quality of textile products. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, key customers, and retail partners to optimize product range, pricing, and promotions. The Senior Merchandiser will also prepare reports, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to strategic merchandising decisions to drive growth.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to work effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
- Proficiency in Sales and Retail operations, with experience in merchandising or product management within textiles or apparel.
- Marketing knowledge to support product positioning, promotions, and market analysis.
