Role Description
The Human Resources Assistant role at Autogrill is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role supports day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases and HRIS, and assisting with onboarding and induction processes. The Human Resources Assistant helps coordinate benefits-related documentation, supports training logistics,



and assists in organizing HR programs and employee engagement activities. The role also involves responding to routine employee queries, preparing standard HR reports, and collaborating with HR management to ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support daily HR operations and processes.
- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), including maintaining accurate employee data and generating basic reports.
- Experience or exposure to Benefits Administration, including documentation support and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to assist with Training activities, such as scheduling sessions, maintaining attendance records, and supporting learning initiatives.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
