Role Description
The Event Sponsorship Intern is a, remote role supporting the planning, promotion, and delivery of sponsorships for Global Investors Forum events. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential sponsors, maintaining sponsorship databases, preparing outreach materials,



and assisting with email and call campaigns to prospects and existing partners. The intern will help coordinate sponsor deliverables, such as branding assets, digital and print materials, and participation in panels or networking sessions. Additional responsibilities include supporting event marketing activities, drafting sponsor-facing communications, tracking sponsorship performance, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure sponsor satisfaction before, during, and after each summit.
