About the Role

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Digital Marketing & Content Specialist

to help build awarenessand strengthen the market presence of our growing LegalTech product portfolio:
- LawAccounting
– Legal accounting and financial management software built for law firms.
- CaseQube
– An end-to-end law firm practice and case management platform.
- LawPortal
– An AI-powered, agentic platform designed to help law firms automate research,document analysis, workflows, and other legal processes.

This is not a role focused only on managing social media accounts. We are looking for someone who cantake ownership of our day-to-day digital marketing activities and consistently turn product capabilities,customer problems, industry trends, and company updates into compelling content.

The primary goal of this position is
brand awareness and market visibility.
You will work closely with ourleadership, product, sales,



and implementation teams to understand what we are building andcommunicate it clearly to law firms, legal professionals, and technology decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns for LawAccounting, CaseQube, and LawPortal.
- Build newsletters, product announcements, educational campaigns, event promotions, and lead-nurturing sequences.
- Maintain and segment email lists based on prospects, customers, product interests, events, andother relevant criteria.
- Write compelling subject lines, email copy, calls to action, and follow-up campaigns.
- Track open rates, click-through rates, engagement, conversions, and other campaign metrics.
- Continuously test and improve email messaging and campaign performance.

Social Media Marketing
- Manage and grow the company's presence across relevant social platforms, especially LinkedIn andYouTube.
