About the Role





We are looking for highly motivated CA Industrial Trainees to join our Finance – Record to Report (R2R) team in Bangalore. This role offers hands-on exposure to global accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end close activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and compliance processes across international business operations. This chance is ideal for CA students pursuing mandatory industrial training and looking to build a strong foundation in corporate finance, accounting operations, and global stakeholder management.

What You Will Do
- Work with global teams geographically and across all Harman businesses
- Perform daily tasks in accordance with written instructions and based on guidance from the line manager or senior team members
- Collaborate within the general ledger accounting team and the line manager
- Provide back-up for one selected team member as appointed by the line manager
