Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Lucknow. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and manage lead generation activities through calls, meetings, events, and digital channels. The role involves engaging potential customers, understanding their investment and lifestyle goals,



presenting BRIKitt’s fractional ownership offerings, and guiding them through the decision-making and onboarding process. The individual will maintain relationships with existing clients, support account management activities, and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve customer experience and achieve sales targets. Regular reporting, market research, and participation in local promotional initiatives will be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
