AI powered Operational Intelligence platform
designed to help organizations improve execution visibility, identify operational risks, and understand what is happening across their projects before problems become bigger.

The product is already built and live, and we're continuously evolving it based on customer conversations, feedback, and real-world problems.

I'm currently leading the product and technology side.

Now I'm looking for someone who can take
real ownership of the business side
and help turn RestMic into a growing company.

What You'll Own
- Customer discovery and market validation
- Lead generation and business development
- Customer acquisition and sales
- Partnerships and strategic relationships
- Go-to-market strategy




- Product positioning and messaging
- Building relationships with founders, CXOs, and decision-makers
- Bringing customer insights back into product decisions

Who We're Looking For

Someone who:
- Has
6–10 years of experience
in Business Development, Sales, Consulting, Partnerships, Customer Success, or Startup Growth
- Enjoys
building businesses
, not just working in them
- Is comfortable talking to founders, CXOs, and decision-makers
- Can work independently without needing constant direction
- Takes ownership and is comfortable with uncertainty
- Wants to build something meaningful for the long term
- Is excited about SaaS, AI, startups, and building from the ground up

What I'm Looking For

I'm not looking for someone who simply wants to "do sales."

I'm looking for someone who can look at RestMic and say:

"I'll take ownership of getting this into the hands of customers."
