Head of Product Housing Finance

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Product Head to lead and scale our Affordable Housing business from ground zero. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Housing Loans, Affordable Housing Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Affordable Housing, and Const0ruction Finance, with a proven ability to conceptualize, design, and execute innovative products that cater to the needs of emerging markets. This role demands robust leadership, strategic thinking, and the energy to drive rapid growth in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Development
- Define the product roadmap for Housing Loans, Affordable Housing, LAP, and Home Improvement segments.
- Develop short term and long term product roadmaps 9aligned with business growth plans and market opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, regulatory requirements, competitive trends and other risk metrics.
- Design innovative,



customer-centric products aligned with business objectives and compliance norms.
- Design product features including eligibility norms, LTV, tenure, pricing, repayment structures etc.000

2. Business Scaling
- Build the Affordable Housing product portfolio from scratch and scale it to significant volumes.
- Develop pricing strategies, risk frameworks, and operational processes for sustainable growth.
- Drive partnerships with developers, channel partners, and fintechs to expand reach.
- Identify opportunities for digital, hybrid and process led product innovations.

3. Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Sales, Credit, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure seamless product implementation.
- Provide training and guidance to frontline teams for effective product positioning.
- Work closely with credit and risk team to define product level credit parameters and deviation frameworks.
