Job Description – Project Coordinator / Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and monitor projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, site and internal teams.
- Track project schedules, progress, resources and deadlines.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement and site teams for smooth execution.
- Prepare project reports, trackers, MOMs and other documentation.
- Identify project delays/issues and coordinate for timely solutions.
- Ensure work is completed as per project requirements,



quality standards and timelines.
- Provide regular project updates to management and clients.

Required Skills
- Strong project coordination and communication skills.
- Good follow-up, planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in Mechanical, Piping, Fabrication, EPC or Industrial Projects will be preferred.

Salary: As per experience and company standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
