We are looking for a senior, highly skilled Ruby on Rails developer to join our offshore team. This is a remote role, but the candidate must be comfortable working in US working hours and collaborating closely with US-based teams. The ideal candidate is an excellent coder with strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities* Design, develop, and maintain applications using Ruby on Rails
* Write clean, efficient, and scalable code
*Solve complex technical problems and improve system performance
*Collaborate with US-based engineering and product teams
*Review code and follow best engineering practices
*Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
*Contribute to technical documentation when required





Required Skills*13+ years of hands-on experience in software development
*Strong experience with Ruby on Rails
*Excellent coding and problem-solving skills
*LeetCode Level 2 (or equivalent robust algorithmic skills)
*Experience with REST APIs, databases, and web applications
*Strong understanding of system design and architecture
*Ability to work independently in a remote setup
*Comfortable working US time zones
