Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage and motivate the inside sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Develop and implement inside sales strategies for lead generation, qualification, conversion and revenue growth.

Monitor team performance through daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, dashboards and KPIs.

Manage the complete sales funnel from lead assignment and qualification to product demonstration, negotiation and closure.

Ensure effective follow-up on leads through calls, emails, online meetings and other digital channels.

Use CRM software extensively for lead management, activity tracking, pipeline updates, forecasting and reporting.

Maintain accurate customer and prospect data and ensure timely updates of all sales activities in the CRM.

Coach team members on prospecting, pitching, objection handling, negotiation and closing techniques.

Coordinate with marketing, product, implementation and support teams to improve lead quality and customer experience.

Prepare sales forecasts and provide regular updates to management on pipeline,



conversions and revenue performance.

Identify gaps in the sales process and introduce measures to improve productivity, conversion rates and team efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / B2B Sales, preferably in IT, SaaS, ERP, CRM or technology solutions.

Prior experience managing and mentoring an inside sales team is mandatory.

Robust hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.

Strong understanding of lead generation, qualification, follow-ups, conversion and sales forecasting.

Target-oriented with strong analytical and team-management abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and sales reporting tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
