HR Intern — PranavX Labs

PranavX Labs is looking for motivated and responsible HR Interns who are interested in gaining practical experience in recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, and HR operations.

Responsibilities
- Source and identify suitable candidates for open internship positions.
- Screen candidates based on role requirements.
- Conduct Round 1 interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Evaluate candidates and identify those with potential for the next stage.
- Coordinate and schedule Round 2 interviews for shortlisted candidates.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain basic candidate and recruitment records.
- Assist with day-to-day HR and recruitment activities.

What You'll Receive

- Letter of Recommendation (LOR) based on your performance.
- LinkedIn Recommendation from Pranav Chavan, Founder, PranavX Labs, based on your performance.
- Practical experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Exposure to working in a startup environment.

This is a 3-month performance-based internship opportunity. Candidates are expected to actively participate in the recruitment process and consistently contribute throughout the internship.

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
