Role:AFHR Recruiter

Location: Remote

Shift: 6 PM 3 AM IST (Eastern hours)

Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for Accounting, Finance, and HR positions (e.g., Financial Analyst, Accountant, Payroll Specialist, HR Generalist, Recruiter, Compensation Analyst, etc.).
- Work on MSP requisitions through VMS tools such as Beeline, Fieldglass, IQ Navigator, or Workday.
- Partner with onshore Account Managers and Delivery Leads to understand client requirements, submission strategy, and priority requisitions.
- Maintain solid candidate pipelines for recurring positions and proactively engage passive talent.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess skills, experience, communication, and availability.
- Submit qualified candidates in VMS portals with accurate rate details, compliance documents, and formatted resumes.
- Track submissions,



interview schedules, feedback, and onboarding through the ATS/VMS systems.
- Meet and exceed defined KPIs such as submissions, interviews, placements, and quality metric

Qualifications:
- 510 years of experience in US recruitment, with a focus on Accounting/Finance and HR roles.
- Proven experience supporting MSP programs through VMS platforms. Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience working in US time zones is a must.
