We are seeking a proactive and experienced Recruitment Officer to manage day-to-day recruitment activities across assigned positions.

The role will handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening through interviews and candidate selection, while partnering with hiring managers to ensure recruitment requirements are delivered efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Source qualified candidates through appropriate recruitment channels.
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess suitability against job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment records.
- Support recruitment strategies and talent pipeline development.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable local labour requirements.




- Contribute to improving recruitment turnaround time and candidate experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
- Experience in global or international recruitment is preferred.
- Proven experience handling recruitment activities from sourcing through candidate selection.
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Positive understanding of recruitment best practice
