Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage sales performance by achieving assigned targets, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Conduct product demonstrations, provide scientific training to customers on company products, and address their queries.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at hospitals and medical institutions to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related field (Medical Representative role preferred).
- Solid understanding of pharma marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer engagement and negotiation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
