? Your Mission
As a Workplace Operations Lead, you’ll be at the heart of keeping Aftershoot running smoothly - from making sure our office is a outstanding place to work, to ensuring every employee has a seamless experience from day one to their last day.

You’ll own day-to-day workplace operations, travel, assets, vendors and office administration, while also driving key People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves taking ownership, solving problems and making things happen.

? What You Will Be Doing
? Office & Workplace Operations
- Own day-to-day office and workplace operations, ensuring the office is well-maintained, organised and employee-ready.
- Manage housekeeping and pantry staff, along with pantry, vending machine, office supplies and other workplace requirements.
- Coordinate office infrastructure and services including internet, utilities, maintenance, repairs and building/mall requirements.
- Act as the go-to person for employee workplace and administrative requests, driving them through to resolution.





✈️ Travel, Relocation & Assets
- Manage employee travel and relocation, including flight and hotel bookings, cancellations, refunds and coordination with employees and vendors.
- Own the lifecycle of laptops and company assets — procurement, allocation, dispatch, recovery, repairs, replacements and inventory tracking.
- Manage Admin and workplace vendors, including quotations, procurement, Comparative Cost Statements, POs, deliveries, contracts and renewals.

? Employee Lifecycle & People Operations
- Own key employee onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Coordinate creation and removal of employee access across Gmail, Slack, Atlassian and other tools.
- Manage BGV, insurance enrolment/removal, onboarding kits and employee assets as part of the employee lifecycle.
- Prepare and issue employee documentation including appointment letters, relieving letters,
