Job Summary
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial candidate assessments, coordinating interviews, and maintaining effective communication with candidates and clients.

The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of IT recruitment, job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, candidate screening, and recruitment coordination, along with strong communication skills.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Source qualified IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.




- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
- Screen and evaluate resumes to shortlist candidates matching the job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates’ communication skills, experience, availability, and overall suitability.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and clients.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future requirements.
