Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to manage customer quality activities in an automotive sheet metal components manufacturing/press shop workplace. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of dimensional inspection, quality documentation, problem-solving, and customer complaint handling.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer quality issues, complaints, and corrective actions.
- Perform layout inspection of sheet metal and pressed components.
- Conduct dimensional inspection using height gauge and other measuring instruments.
- Prepare and submit 8D reports and CAPA for quality issues.
- Prepare and maintain PPAP documentation as per customer requirements.
- Identify root causes of defects and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.




- Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain quality records and support continuous improvement activities.

Mandatory Skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience in automotive sheet metal/press shop manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with height gauge instruments.
- Strong knowledge of layout inspection of sheet metal parts.
- Expertise in 8D/CAPA preparation and submission.
- Good knowledge of PPAP documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
