Job Description
Lead field service engineer for East & North India Installed base for MS Service Business.

Consultative engagements will be targeted towards both external customers and internal stakeholders in direct support of customer’s needs.

Help Honeywell teams understand and develop effective Customer Engagement, Demonstrate value of after sales services, Customer feedback, end user plan of migration and product value propositions. Drive the customer for Cyber, patch update other value added services.

Help customers confidently understand product capabilities, product value and product integration within customer workflows and in direct support of customers strategic initiatives in maintaining installed base.

Drive cross-functional alignment to support customer sale and decision process, participating in sales pursuit strategy planning, executing product demos aligned with Customer needs, assisting proposal team in right and quick commercial offerings, supporting customer negotiations, order fulfillment and hand-over to customer success team.





Have experience in competitive displacement. Understanding batch and process knowledge is added advantage

Responsibilities
- Have experience with East region customers in the following Technologies & Processes: DCS, SCADA, PLC, MCC, Ethernet Networking, Cyber Security, Industrial Software Solutions like Historian, MXP,Digital Solutions
- Have industry domain knowledge and expertise around smart machine concepts (Industry 4.0, IIoT) in various verticals like MMM, Oil & Gas, Power, Life Sciences, Chemicals, Paper & Pulp etc.
- Have experience with technical sales support, direct sales (after sales), or sales consultant experience is required. Should be familiar with customer centric selling or equivalent sales process for solution selling.
- Must also have proven commercial awareness and acumen.
