Role Summary
The Assistant Vice President Treasury will be responsible for execution and management of capital market and structured finance transactions, including transaction structuring, investor coordination, documentation, treasury operations, and post-disbursement management. The role will support the Head Treasury in executing the organization's funding strategy while ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and solid governance.
Capital Markets & Structured Finance
- Execute structured finance and capital market transactions including PTCs, Direct Assignment (DA), ECBs, Co-lending, subordinated debt, and other structured funding solutions.
- Support debt capital market transactions.
- Develop relationships with wealth management firms, private banks, institutional investors, AIFs, mutual funds, insurance companies, family offices, and other fixed-income investors for placement of structured finance products.
