- Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic RPA Trainee (Fresher) to join our automation team.
- The trainee will be trained on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and will assist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions under the guidance of senior team members.Key Responsibilities
- Learn and work on RPA tools such as UiPath (preferred) or other RPA platforms
- Assist in analyzing business processes to identify automation opportunities
- Support in developing, testing, and deploying RPA workflows
- Participate in debugging and maintaining existing automation solutions
- Prepare basic documentation for automation processes
- Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Follow coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Basic knowledge of programming concepts (any language such as Python, Java, or
- NET is a plus)
- Understanding of basic SDLC concepts
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
- Robust communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Basic knowledge or certification in UiPath / RPA
- Understanding of workflows, variables, loops, and exception handling
- Familiarity with Excel, SQL basics, or APIs
- Exposure to process automation concepts
