We are looking for an experienced Architectural Draftsman to join our team. This individual will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings and specifications according to project requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of CAD software and the ability to interpret architectural drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret architectural drawings, sketches and project specifications
- Develop detailed floor plans, layouts, elevations, sections and working drawings
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings for residential and commercial projects
- Create and modify 2D CAD drawings as per project requirements
- Utilize 3D modelling software to create accurate architectural designs




- Update existing drawings based on design changes and requirements
- Ensure accuracy of all drawings and documents
- Maintain records of revisions and updated drawings
- Collaborate with architects and design teams to ensure design accuracy

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture or Architectural Assistantship
- Experience in AutoCAD
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman or similar role
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings accurately
- Knowledge of floor plans, elevations, sections and architectural detailing
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion or other architectural software will be an added advantage
