Position Summary

To be a driven business analyst who can work on complex Analytical problems and help the customer in better business decision making especially in Pharma (domain).

Job Responsibilities

Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs across commercial, medical, and compliance functions Document as-is / to-be processes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements Analyze gaps between legacy Veeva CRM (Salesforce) and target Vault CRM; recommend process and configuration changes Support migration scoping: data elements in scope, business rules, legacy behavior to retain vs. retire Maintain requirements traceability from user story through design, build, test, validation, and migration Support UAT prepare test scripts, coordinate UAT cycles, triage defects Create training materials, user guides,



and process documentation for end users transitioning from legacy CRM Act as Product Owner proxy in Agile ceremonies when needed

Education

Bachelor of Engineering

Master of Computer Application in Information Technology or Computer

Work Experience

0-5 years of relevant experience in a large/midsize IT services/Consulting/Analytics Company Business Operation Technology
