Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Branch Incharge to manage day-to-day branch operations, customer service, sales, inventory and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily branch operations.
- Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor sales and achieve branch targets.
- Manage stock, inventory and product availability.
- Coordinate with staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Maintain branch records and reports.
- Ensure proper billing and cash-handling procedures.
- Monitor cleanliness, discipline and operational standards.
- Coordinate with the Regional/Head Office team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in retail/pharmacy operations.
- D.Pharm / B.Pharm preferred.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Leadership and team-management skills.
- Willingness to work in retail/branch operations.
