About the Role

We are looking for an
aggressive, result-oriented Sales Manager
who can build and expand our dealer and distributor network across India.

This is a
field-intensive role
. The person will be responsible for identifying new markets, appointing dealers/distributors, setting up distribution networks, handling objections and converting prospects into active business partners.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with
extensive travel, cold calling, market visits, dealer meetings, negotiations and closing
.

Key Responsibilities1. New Dealer & Distributor Development
- Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors across India.
- Develop new territories and markets for ModiGold products.




- Build a strong pipeline of prospective dealers/distributors.
- Conduct regular physical market visits and dealer meetings.
- Convert prospects into active, repeat-ordering dealers.

2. Distribution Network Setup
- Evaluate market potential and identify suitable distributors.
- Set up distribution networks territory-wise.
- Explain margins, schemes, targets and commercial terms.
- Negotiate and close distribution appointments.
- Ensure distributors maintain adequate stock and actively develop their territory.

3. Product Sales

Responsible for developing sales for:
- Tarpaulins
- Green Nets / Shade Nets
- Garden Pipes
- Other ModiGold protection and agricultural products

4. Objection Handling & Negotiation

The candidate must be solid in handling objections related to:
- Price
- Margin
- Existing competitor brands
- Credit requirements
- Minimum stock
- Territory exclusivity
- Product quality
- Market demand
- Dealer investment
- Distri
