Key Responsibilities
- QE Architecture: Define enterprise-level QE architecture integrating GenAI, Agentic AI, automation platforms, and modern testing frameworks.
- AI for QE: Drive adoption of AI-powered testing capabilities including test generation, self-healing automation, intelligent defect prediction, autonomous testing, and test optimization.
- AI Testing: Establish frameworks for testing AI and GenAI applications, including LLM validation, model evaluation, bias detection, explainability, safety, and governance.
- GenAI & Agentic AI: Design and implement testing strategies for LLM-based applications, AI agents, agentic workflows, and AI-powered enterprise solutions.
- Enterprise Transformation:



Lead QE transformation programs across large enterprise environments and multiple client accounts.
- Client Leadership: Lead client conversations, workshops, solution discussions, and strategic engagements around AI-led Quality Engineering.
- Sales & Pursuits: Lead large pursuits, develop AI-QE solutions, shape proposals, and drive pipeline conversion.
- Capability Building: Establish QE Centers of Excellence, reusable assets, accelerators, frameworks, methodologies, and GTM offerings.
- Thought Leadership: Develop creative QE strategies, point of views, frameworks, and industry-leading practices.
- Alliance Management: Partner with hyperscalers, technology providers, and strategic alliances to integrate AI and QE capabilities.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop QE architects, AI engineers, automation specialists, and testing professionals.

Required Skills & Experience
- QE Experience: 5+ years of experience in Quality
