Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive – Insurance to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential customers over calls, understanding their insurance requirements, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate insurance sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, exclusions, and terms clearly.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and individual revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns related to insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion and overall performance.
- Follow company policies, sales processes, and regulatory requirements.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Insurance Sales, BFSI, or Direct Sales.
- Robust verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Good understanding of insurance products and sales processes.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales conversion.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Graduation in any discipline is preferred.

- Monthly sales/revenue targets.
- Lead-to-sale conversion rate.
- Number of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow-up effectiveness.
- Customer acquisition and retention.
- Overall sales performance.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
