Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes using SAP SD module.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and develop functional specifications for OTC processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users on OTC modules such as Sales Orders, Invoicing, Credit Management, Cash Applications, Dispute Management, and Accounts Receivable.
- Analyze process gaps and identify opportunities for improvement in existing OTC processes.
Job Requirements :
- 8-19 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in SAP SD module.
- Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) concepts and its implementation in an ERP system like SAP.
- Experience with Functional Specifications writing and testing is essential. Knowledge of RicefWare's Order-to-Cash Processing Suite (Sto) is desirable.
