Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹50,000 per month + performance-based incentives, depending on experience and performance

About the Role

Travel Talkies is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing travel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customers' travel requirements, recommending suitable holiday packages, generating and converting leads, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about travel, sales, communication, and building relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences, and travel plans.




- Recommend and sell suitable domestic and international tour packages.
- Prepare customized travel packages and quotations based on customer needs.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the operations team for hotels, transportation, activities, and other travel arrangements.
- Keep customers informed about booking status, itinerary details, and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and sales.
- Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively.
- Upsell relevant travel services and upgrades where appropriate.
- Stay updated on destinations, hotels, travel products, and seasonal offers.

Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass; graduation to related field is preferred.
- Fresher's with good communication and sale
