We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Regional Business Manager (RBM)
to lead our sales operations and drive business growth within the assigned region. The RBM will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing and developing a high-performing field force, strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals, and expanding market presence through strategic initiatives.
This role requires robust leadership, business acumen, market understanding, and the ability to drive performance through effective team management and customer engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across the region.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration for the company's product portfolio.
- Drive sales initiatives and participate in key customer engagements to strengthen business relationships.
- Analyze market trends, sales performance,
and business metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Convert and strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support product adoption and brand growth.
- Identify low-performing territories and implement corrective action plans to improve ROI and productivity.
- Foster a performance-driven culture and empower team members to take ownership and make effective decisions.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and manage Area Business Managers (ABMs/ASMs) and Medical Representatives (MRs).
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
- Set clear performance expectations and regularly review team performance.
- Conduct field visits, joint work sessions, and review meetings to drive execution excellence.
- Support employee growth through continuous learning, coaching, and career development initiatives.
