Job description:

Go Kite Travel & Tours is hiring a Global Visa Consultant – B2C Sales for our Head Office. We're a travel agency offering flight booking, visa services, customised holiday packages, and hotel bookings under one roof. We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in travel or visa services, strong sales instincts, and solid working knowledge of global visa processes. This role is customer-facing — you'll guide individuals through their visa applications end-to-end while hitting your sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and drive sales through walk-ins, calls, and online leads.
- Advise customers on visa requirements, documentation, and provide accurate quotations.
- Follow up consistently with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Liaise with the operations team to ensure smooth, timely visa processing.
- Meet monthly sales targets and keep CRM records accurate and up to date.




- Stay current on visa rules, embassy guidelines, and processing timelines across key destinations.
- Cross-sell other travel services (flights, hotels, holiday packages) where relevant.
- Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Requirements
- 2+ years of B2C sales experience in travel, tourism, or visa services.
- Strong working knowledge of global visa procedures and documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a proven ability to convert leads into sales.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and handling a high volume of inquiries.
