Founding Chief Business Head – CampusKatha

Location: Remote (India)

CampusKatha is building the operating system for student-led campus newspapers and digital publications. We are looking for our first business leader—someone who wants to build a company, not just work at one.

This is an early-stage founding role focused on growth, partnerships, and revenue generation.

What You'll Do
- Acquire colleges, universities, and educational institutions as CampusKatha customers.
- Build relationships with student bodies, faculty coordinators, and institutional decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and close subscriptions.
- Develop outreach strategies and identify new market opportunities.
- Collect customer feedback and work closely with the product team.
- Contribute to editing, content refinement, and social media management as a key part of outreach and brand building.
- Help shape the company's overall business strategy.

Compensation

There is no fixed salary.

CampusKatha is currently in its early growth stage.



We believe compensation should be directly tied to the value created.

You will earn a percentage of the revenue you personally generate from institutions you onboard. The more revenue you bring in, the more you earn—there is no upper earning limit.

This role is best suited for someone who is confident in sales, business development, and building something from the ground up.
