Role & responsibilities
- Create and develop garment patterns as per design and measurement requirements.
- Prepare patterns for sampling and bulk production.
- Develop patterns for different garment styles, sizes, and fits.
- Make size grading and pattern alterations as required.
- Prepare markers and ensure proper fabric utilization.
- Coordinate with the design, sampling, cutting, and production teams.
- Check garment fit, measurements, and construction details.
- Make corrections to patterns based on fitting and production feedback.
- Ensure patterns are accurate and production-ready.
- Maintain records of patterns, sizes, revisions, and approved samples.
- Follow quality standards and production timelines.

Preferred candidate profile
- Good knowledge of garment construction and pattern making.
- Strong understanding of measurements, fitting, and grading.

Knowledge of fabric behavior and garment finishing.
- Ability to understand garment sketches and technical specifications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
