Designed for conscious consumers such as Gen Z, young professionals, and fitness enthusiasts, Bubz focuses on D2C, quick commerce, and modern trade to meet people where they shop and snack. The brand aims to make functional beverages mainstream in India, combining health benefits with a cool, social, and aspirational soda experience.

Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager role based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, including planning and executing sales strategies across D2C,



quick commerce, and modern trade channels. Responsibilities include managing key accounts and retail partners, driving distribution and visibility, monitoring sales performance, and optimizing in-store execution. The role involves leading and mentoring sales representatives, coordinating with marketing and supply chain teams, and gathering market insights to refine pricing, promotions, and product positioning. The Sales Manager will also prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, ensure adherence to company policies, and support new market and channel expansion.
