Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Waitstaff role based at AMWORLD FOODCOURT in Sonkatch. The team member will welcome guests, guide them through the menu, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.



Daily tasks include coordinating with kitchen staff, ensuring tables and dining areas are clean and well-presented, and using AMPay or other in-house systems to manage orders and payments. The role also involves responding to guest requests, handling basic question's about menu items and specials, and ensuring a smooth ,pleasant dining experience from arrival to departure. The waitstaff member is expected to follow food safety and hygiene standards, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support colleagues during peak hours.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with a friendly and skilled approach to guest interaction.
