We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Need Educator (Part-time) to join our team at Crimson World School Agra. As a Special Need Educator, you will provide individualized support and instruction to students with special needs, ensuring they receive a high-quality education that meets their unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Provide one-on-one and small group instruction to students with special needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.
- Assess student progress and make data-driven decisions to inform instruction.
- Create a protected, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders about student progress.




- Participate in professional development and stay updated on best practices in special education.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education (B.Ed in Special Education)
- Experience working with students with special needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other professionals
- Experience with IEP development and implementation

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
