Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Relationship Manager – Secured Business Loan LAP role based in East Godavari. The Relationship Manager will identify, source, and onboard customers for secured business loans and Loan Against Property (LAP)



products, focusing on MSMEs, SMEs, and other eligible business clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads through multiple channels, assessing customer requirements, coordinating documentation, and ensuring timely processing and disbursal of loans in line with internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, monitoring portfolio quality, managing collections where required, and resolving customer queries to ensure high service standards. The Relationship Manager will collaborate closely with credit, operations, and risk teams to achieve business targets, maintain compliance, and contribute to branch and regional growth.
