Job Summary

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to support medical device QARA, complaint handling, product investigation, and quality engineering projects. The selected candidate will receive training and may be deployed at client sites such as leading medical device companies.

Key Responsibilities
- Support customer complaint handling and product investigations.
- Perform/support RCA, 5 Why, Fishbone, and 8D investigations.
- Support CAPA, NCR, FMEA, and quality improvement activities.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.




- Prepare investigation reports and quality documentation.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and client teams.
- Support other QARA and sustaining engineering activities as required.

Requirements
- Strong Mechanical Engineering fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of RCA, CAPA, FMEA, 7 QC Tools, SPC/MSA.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
- Valuable analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Medical device experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn QARA/medical device processes and work at client locations.
