What you will do
- Coordinate client meetings, reviews, reminders and follow-ups.
- Prepare client review documents, meeting notes and action items.
- Execute investment transactions, documentation and client confirmations.
- Maintain CRM, client records, operational trackers and task management systems.
- Coordinate with mutual fund houses, investment platforms and service providers to resolve operational issues.
- Prepare monthly dashboards, reconciliations and business reports.
- Support compliance tracking and documentation.
- Coordinate hiring, onboarding and other internal processes.
- Track projects, deadlines and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
- Help improve processes, checklists and automation as we grow.

Preferred experience
- 1-3 years in operations, client servicing, administration or customer success.
- Good written and verbal English.
- Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets and digital tools.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to research, organise information and improve productivity.
- Experience in financial services or an interest in investing and capital markets is useful, but not mandatory.
