About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Influencer & Partnership Executive to identify, negotiate, and manage influencer and brand partnerships that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate is a natural relationship-builder who takes ownership of outcomes, moves deals forward independently, and thrives in a fast-paced, initiative-driven workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and reach out to relevant influencers, content creators, and potential brand partners across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
- Own the full partnership lifecycle , from outreach and negotiation to contracting, execution, and performance reporting
- Negotiate and close deals that align with budget, brand guidelines, and campaign goals
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and partners




- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align influencer campaigns with broader brand and performance goals
- Track campaign performance, deliverables, and ROI; provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Stay on top of industry trends, emerging creators, and new partnership opportunities
- Manage timelines, contracts, payments, and deliverables to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Proactively identify new partnership formats and opportunities without waiting for direction
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with influencers, creators, or brand partnerships
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing partnership/collaboration deals
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Highly self-motivated with a strong bias for taking initiative and ownership
- Excellent communication skills , written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working with perform
