We are looking for a senior technical leader to own the ABAP/CRM and IS-U Customer Service (CS) technical landscape for our North America utility clients for SAP services.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will set technical direction, own solution design across CRM, IS-U/CCS and integration layers, lead a team of onshore and offshore developers, and remain accountable for the quality of what ships. You will work directly with functional consultants, client stakeholders and NA team members to translate business requirements into scalable, well-performing, standards-compliant solutions — and you will be the escalation point when things break in production.

Primary Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Delivery Ownership
- Own end-to-end technical delivery for CRM/IS-U CS workstreams: design, build, test, deploy and hyper care.
- Lead, mentor and performance-manage a team of ABAP/CRM developers; conduct design walkthroughs, code reviews and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Define and enforce development standards, naming conventions, code review checklists,



reusable frameworks and performance benchmarks across the practice.
- Provide effort estimates, technical impact assessments and delivery plans for recent functionality, change requests and RFPs; defend estimates with the client.
- Act as the final technical escalation point for critical production defects and performance incidents.

SAP CRM Technical
- Deep hands-on expertise in CRM ABAP: enhancements (BAdIs, user exits, enhancement points, AET), module pool programming, ALV and list reports, RFC/BAPI function modules, and interface development.
- CRM Web UI framework: BSP WD, UI components, views, view sets, controllers, context nodes, component usages, navigation bar and business role configuration.
- BOL/GENIL framework — including design and build of custom GENIL components and enhancement of standard object models.
